Our organization seeks a diligent Junior Finance Officer to provide timely and accurate financial support to our teams. This key role is responsible for delivering high-quality services to clients.

This position involves various tasks, including:

  1. Processing invoices with correct expense code allocation
  2. Managing creditor payments through electronic funds transfer and cheques
  3. Handling weekly team reimbursements by EFT and general matter payments
  4. Coordinating electronic fund transfers between accounts and nominees
  5. Processing corporate credit cards and managing petty cash with reconciliations
  6. Supporting journal entries and printing allocations
  7. Assisting with file closure and reopening processes

About you

  • A background in accounts payable within a professional services environment is advantageous
  • High proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent customer service skills with clear communication
  • A great attitude with initiative and the ability to continuously learn
  • A passion for finance and willingness to develop skills
  • Ability to work independently as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail with discretion when handling sensitive information
