Job Title: Performance Media Manager

We are seeking a seasoned media specialist to join our dynamic team, focusing on delivering exceptional paid search and social performance across a diverse range of high-profile portfolios.


This role presents an outstanding opportunity for a strategic and hands-on performer with 2-4 years' experience managing end-to-end performance-based paid search & paid social campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies, optimising campaign performance, and providing valuable insights to drive business growth.


  • Demonstrated expertise in SEM and social media advertising, preferably within an agency or large-scale enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, specifically Google Ads, SA360 and Meta Ads.
  • Proven ability to analyse data and drive performance by identifying opportunities and maximising results.
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related discipline.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
