We're excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a Performance Media Manager to join our Media Performance team, focusing on our dynamic Travel & Tourism portfolio. Your expertise will drive the success of paid search and social performance across RAC's high-profile portfolio, including 8 active holiday parks & resorts across WA, as well as new acquisitions such as RAC Ningaloo Reef Resort (opening 2026).


This role offers a unique chance to optimise paid media for a diverse range of accommodation types in iconic WA locations, from forest chalets in Karri Valley to beachfront campsites in Monkey Mia.


This role is ideal for someone with a media or agency background, who is a strategic and hands-on specialist, with 2-4 years' experience managing performance-based paid search & paid social campaigns. You'll be responsible for the end-to-end strategy, implementation, optimisation, and performance insights.


Responsibilities
  • Demonstrated experience in SEM and social media advertising, preferably within an agency or large-scale enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, specifically Google Ads, SA360 and Meta Ads.
  • Strong data and analytical capabilities to drive performance by using market and competitive data to identify and maximise opportunities.
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related discipline
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
