Job Title: Data Insight Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to conduct in-depth analysis of customer data and behaviour.

  • This role involves working with the marketing team to conduct quarterly analytical reviews of marketing activities, driving insight and identifying key campaign opportunities.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the design and implementation of a marketing analytics framework in collaboration with other data analysts and stakeholders.
  • Key responsibilities include preparing and maintaining documentation of analytics research and presenting engaging presentations to various stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive skills in data science, business analytics, behavioural sciences or consumer organisations
  • Demonstrated expertise in marketing analytics, ideally in a media organisation, with a deep understanding of customer-focused data analytics
  • Significant experience performing analytics in a modern cloud environment (Redshift, Snowflake, Databricks etc)
  • Highly advanced experience using SQL to access and model large datasets, and Python or any other advanced analytics software package to analyse and visualise data
  • Ability to analyse complex data from a variety of sources, including SQL databases, web services, JSON and CSV
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams and SharePoint. Experience in JIRA/Confluence also beneficial
