Community Banking Performance Analyst Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to inform business decisions, working closely with the Senior Manager Community Banking Operations and the broader Community Banking team.
To excel in this position, you will have demonstrated experience in the banking, finance or accounting industry, although this is not essential. You will also possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to draw insights from data and provide recommendations to support business decisions.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Report writing and presentation preparation
- Excel expertise and exposure to other analytics tools such as SQL and PowerBi
- Ability to work in an agile and flexible environment
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent written and analytical skills
