We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Associate to join our team of care professionals. As a key member of our residential aged care community, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional wellbeing is at the forefront of everything we do.

As a Care Associate, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional personal care, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility support, and promoting independence and dignity. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care that addresses the unique needs and preferences of each resident.

To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality personal care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility support, and promoting independence and dignity
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver holistic care that addresses the unique needs and preferences of each resident
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Valid working rights in Australia
  • Police Check (valid within the last 2.5 years)
  • Flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
  • Evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations in line with current requirements
  • Experience in a care role highly regarded
