**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Financial Accountant to join our team in Olympic Park. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for financial accounting, including month-end closing, internal reporting, and statutory reporting.

This is a permanent position with a salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Job Description**

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role in a mid-to-large size organization
  • Supervisory experience is highly desirable
  • Demonstrable experience in month-end closing procedures and balance sheet reconciliations
  • A good understanding of financial accounting principles and internal controls

You will be responsible for:

  • Applying appropriate treatments on asset recognition, measurement, depreciation, and disposal
  • Preparing asset reconciliation and compliance with internal control procedures
  • Analyzing depreciation movements and providing period-end commentaries on fixed assets
  • Preparation of periodical and quarterly fixed asset-related reports, updates, and budget

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary education in Accounting
  • Strong technical knowledge in fixed asset accounting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work professionally and effectively in high-pressure situations
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
