The Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Safety and Environmental Performance team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve our safety and environmental performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a small data analytics team to build a safety and environmental intelligence gathering and dissemination capability to support ARTC decision-making.
- Streamline ARTC's Safety and Environmental internal and external reporting processes, leveraging the Horizon360 Safety and Environment system and ARTC Digital Analytics Platform.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with multiple stakeholders, including business and technical functions.
- Collaborate with the Manager - Safety & Environment Performance to achieve our safety and environmental goals.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing safety and environmental strategies.
- Strong business analysis skills, including business requirements elicitation, workshop facilitation, and documentation.
- Ability to manage complex projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly developed analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of data warehouse and Databricks platforms and SQL skills are highly desirable.
