Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Roster and Employee Coordinator to join our team. This role will provide an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing employee schedules.

  • Utilize rostering software to efficiently manage available employees and ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Determine the most suitable employees by allocating staff with relevant skills sets to meet specific needs.
  • Develop, maintain and distribute accurate rosters, ensuring compliance with award conditions.
  • Respond promptly to roster changes, adjusting schedules as needed and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Monitor hours worked and apply correct costing, ensuring employees operate within award guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to staff members, responding to queries regarding their rosters.
  • Maintain a professional presence on the after-hours phone line for designated periods.

Key Requirements

  • Experience and knowledge of industry-specific awards and regulations.
  • Proven rostering experience, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service to diverse stakeholders.
