About the Role:

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist Grade 2 to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based occupational therapy services to clients in a rural and regional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote client independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with internal and external health services to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Provide supervision and support to junior staff and students to enhance their skills and knowledge.

  • Participate in team meetings and community presentations to share knowledge and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
  • Current registration with the relevant professional body.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
