About Us
We are seeking an Environmental Health professional with a Degree in Environmental Health or equivalent and eligibility for appointment as an Environmental Health Officer under the Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008 VIC. Strong understanding of relevant legislation including the Food Act 1984, Environmental Protection Act 2017, and associated regulations and standards is required.
Your Role
Delivering environmental health services administering Environmental Health legislation and providing leadership to the community will be key responsibilities of this role. You will work closely with the team to ensure that our region remains a safe and healthy place to live and work.

About the Region
The region is a significant producer of dryland broadacre cereals and agriculture is one of the main industries. There is an abundance of wide open space small populations and diverse natural assets including recreational lakes wetlands the Wimmera River Mount Arapiles and nearby Grampians National Park.
