Job Opportunity:

A full-time Warranty Supervisor position is available at a state-of-the-art dealership.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all warranty processes are completed in line with manufacturer guidelines, resulting in maximised efficiency and income.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit warranty claims according to manufacturer requirements
  • Cost all warranty repair orders daily and communicate the results to management
  • Submit prior approvals and return parts to the manufacturer if requested
  • Review and report on the status of open warranty repair orders to management
  • Reconcile claims submitted/reimbursements received from the manufacturer, providing explanations for any discrepancies

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in an administration role within a similar industry
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional computer literacy
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Sound knowledge of mechanical principles (an advantage)
