Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced educator to fill the position of a Classroom Teacher Level 3.3. This role will involve providing instructional leadership in curriculum implementation, focusing on disability-inclusive practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Classroom teaching up to 0.9 FTE.
  • Instructional leadership with minimum 0.1 FTE release time.
  • Mentoring staff to enhance their professional development.
  • Delivering professional learning opportunities for colleagues.
  • Providing constructive feedback to support staff growth.
Eligibility and Requirements
  • Candidates must hold an eligible teacher qualification and registration.
  • Applicants should be current Level 3 Classroom Teachers employed by the relevant department.
  • As this is a public sector role, applicants must be Australian or New Zealand citizens, permanent residents, or have a valid visa with relevant work rights.
  • Candidates will be required to apply for a WA Working with Children Check before commencing employment.
  • Additionally, applicants will need to consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department's Screening Unit before starting.
