Teaching Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled educator to join our team as a secondary teacher.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education, supporting students in their academic journey, and ensuring adherence to the school's mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the Western Australian Curriculum to foster student understanding and achievement.
  • Implement effective classroom management strategies and assessment techniques to create a fair, safe, and respectful learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, assessments, and school events while maintaining strong communication with parents.
  • Integrate technology into classroom practice to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, school meetings, and classroom observations to continually improve teaching quality.
  • Contribute to upholding the Christian values and ethos of our institution, contributing to the broader school community and student well-being.

Requirements:

  • A recognised teaching qualification with TRBWA registration or eligibility for registration.
  • Demonstrated experience and success in teaching English at the secondary level, with strong curriculum knowledge.
  • Proficiency in educational technology and strong communication skills for building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Commitment to the Christian values and ethos of our institution, with a willingness to engage in ongoing professional and personal growth.
