Achieving Career Goals as an Employment BrokerWe believe that every individual deserves a fulfilling career that aligns with their skills, aspirations, and values. As an Employment Broker, you will be an integral part of our mission to connect our customers with the right opportunities. You will work closely with job seekers and employers to facilitate meaningful and successful employment matches.
Key Responsibilities- You will perform comprehensive reverse marketing of willing job seekers to local businesses.
- You will generate opportunities for job seekers through BDM (business development and marketing).
- You will assist site teams in meeting placement and target outcomes through strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- You will facilitate group sessions at sites, including information and job matching sessions.
- You will proactively engage with employers to arrange further training, wage subsidies, PPE, pre-employment checks, and other requirements to successfully place job seekers into employment.
- You must hold a current driver's license and be willing to travel to other sites where required.
- You must have a minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development or be willing to obtain one.
- You must have sound knowledge of the local labour market and the needs and expectations of employers.
- You must have experience in sales or telemarketing in a service industry, which is highly regarded.
- You must have intermediate to high-level administrative skills, including the ability to type at a minimum of 30 wpm.
The estimated salary range is based on the location and industry standards. You will receive remuneration of a full-time employee and have the opportunity to salary package.
This role offers a 9-day fortnight, with a dedicated and fixed day off every second week, providing a great work-life balance.
