Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Beauty Counter Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of retail consultants, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about beauty and has strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead a team of retail consultants in achieving sales targets
  • To provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers receive a high level of satisfaction
  • To work closely with the counter manager to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to achieve this
  • To maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services offered by the company
