Job Opportunity:

The role of a Supervisor involves supporting individuals with disabilities in learning new skills and developing confidence within a supportive work environment.

Requirements:

  • A relevant industry qualification in manufacturing, production, or disability services.
  • Prior experience leading teams and/or supervising work in a production/warehouse environment.
  • A current driver's license.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Current First Aid certification or willingness to obtain prior commencement.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate or willingness to obtain.
  • Full vaccination against COVID-19 (or exemption as defined by applicable regulations).
