Job Opportunity: Foster Carer Recruiter

This position presents a unique opportunity to join our organization and play a vital role in the recruitment, assessment, and training of foster carers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To recruit, assess, and train potential foster carers using a trauma-informed practice framework.
  • To support carers in providing a nurturing environment that promotes the physical and emotional safety of children and young people.
  • To plan and deliver training to carers to ensure they can provide the best possible care for children and young people.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualifications in social work, psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience in conducting assessments with a child protection focus.
  • Experience in running groups and delivering training programs.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license.
