Our role will be responsible for developing and expanding new business opportunities through production & marketing meetings with brokers and customers, utilising good underwriting acumen to select sound risks within the company's guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of commercial property insurance experience, existing broker and customer relationships or the ability to develop strong broker and customer relationships quickly, strong underwriting acumen, experience and strong understanding of policy forms, including broker manuscripts, experience marketing to specialised brokers, strong collaboration and team building skills, strong communication skills including negotiation, communications, and presentation experience, degree or equivalent education, and/or strong insurance qualifications.
