Insurance Underwriting Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Underwriter to join our team.
About the Role- The successful candidate will be responsible for underwriting new business and renewals of varying complexity and volume, within established guidelines, authority levels, and service standards.
- You will actively manage your portfolio, maintaining strong relationships with brokers and colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with all underwriting standards, procedures, and processes through consistent monitoring and review.
- Provide timely, professional service and effective solutions to customers and intermediaries.
- Continuously develop your knowledge of legislation, best practices, underwriting, systems, products, and organisational guidelines.
- You will have a proven background in insurance and strong Underwriting experience, as well as working knowledge of Property underwriting.
- You will possess excellent customer/broker relationship skills and focus.
