About the Role

Our organization seeks a seasoned and meticulous Security Management Leader to spearhead high-quality, customer-centric security services across multiple sites.

This position reports to the Director of Client Services and Facilities Management. As a key member of our Emergency Management Group, you will collaborate closely with Group Risk to identify, mitigate, and manage physical, personal, and operational risks effectively.

  • Leverage your expertise to deliver a professional, visible, and customer-oriented security service.
  • Manage large-scale security contracts, ensuring high performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversight of multi-site security operations and integrated technology solutions including CCTV, access control, and intruder detection.
  • Provide expert security and emergency management advice to executives and committees.
  • Develop and implement security incident management protocols, investigation processes, and awareness initiatives.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH STAKEHOLDERS, INCLUDING POLICE AND EMERGENCY SERVICES.
  • Lead and coach a diverse team to achieve excellence in security and safety outcomes.

About You

You are a highly experienced security professional with a proven track record in complex security management. Combining strong operational leadership with strategic insight, you possess excellent interpersonal skills and thrive in fast-paced environments.

The ideal candidate has relevant tertiary qualifications, extensive experience in large-scale security operations and contract management, demonstrated expertise in integrated security technology solutions, strong leadership skills, excellent communication and relationship management skills, and current and relevant security licenses.
