Package Consultant Role

As a consultant in this role, you will assist clients in selecting, implementing and supporting application packaged solutions to meet their needs.

  • Assist clients with selection, implementation and support of packages
  • Make strategic recommendations and leverage business knowledge to drive solutions
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings and stakeholder interviews
  • Develop process maps for As-Is and To-Be scenarios
  • Apply design thinking to solve client challenges

This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate business solutions into technical requirements. You should be adaptable, open to new ideas and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Australian citizenship is required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to apply business knowledge to drive solutions
  • Familiarity with business process modeling and documentation
  • Basic understanding of SAP modules
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field
