The Role of the Operational Excellence Specialist

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our team, ensuring the highest standards of operational excellence across our organisation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop, review, and continuously improve operational process documents to guarantee compliance with legislative, financial, and administrative frameworks.
  • Participate in the development and review of organisational-wide policies and resources, providing high-quality input that incorporates operational insights, legislative understanding, and stakeholder perspectives.
  • Maintain accurate and accessible records, ensuring adherence to recordkeeping and governance standards.
  • Analyse relevant legislation and provide analysis, insights, and guidance on their implications for operations, contributing to the development of processes that support compliance and mitigate risk.
Key Requirements
  • A proactive approach to continuously evaluating practices and procedures within our operations.
  • Effective communication with internal stakeholders to foster collaboration, promote teamwork, advance initiatives, and support cross-functional coordination.
  • Able to identify opportunities for innovative ways of working, evaluate, and implement improvements that enhance operational efficiency, clarity, and quality of work.

Note: Salary offered will be between $96,503 - $108,869 per annum depending on skills and experience. Roles are offered on an Ongoing/Non-Ongoing basis, with Non-Ongoing roles offered for an initial period of up to 12 months, with the possibility of one extension up to an additional 12 months.
