Aquatic Learning Facilitators

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Swim Instructor to join our team at Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs. If you have a strong desire to assist people of all ages in their learning journey, we would love to hear from you.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching infants through to adults how to swim in a fun and engaging environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading infant/baby instruction sessions;
- Taught swimming classes catering to various age groups;
- Performing administrative duties;
- Liaising with parents/guardians of children.
To excel in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a patient and fun approach when working with children. Relevant qualifications include AUSTSWIM certifications or equivalent, Working with Children Check, Senior First Aid, and Resuscitation Certificate.
Requirements:- AUTSWIM qualifications or equivalent;
- Working with Children Check;
- Senior First Aid; and
- Resuscitation Certificate.
- Flexible hours and days are available;
- Next Gen employees require a valid working with children clearance before commencing.
