About Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs:

We are a brand new state-of-the-art, 5 Star pool environment seeking a passionate and experienced Swim Instructor to join our team.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to make a real difference in the lives of our members by teaching infants, children and adults how to swim.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Instruct infant/baby classes and lead groups of varying age levels;
  • Conduct swimming lessons with enthusiasm and patience;
  • Perform administrative tasks related to lesson planning and scheduling;
  • Liaise with parents to ensure seamless communication and learning outcomes.

As a Swim Instructor at Next Gen, you will be part of a supportive and dynamic team who share your passion for health and fitness. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise while making a positive impact on the lives of our members.

Requirements
  • AUSTSWIM qualifications or equivalent;
  • Working with Children Check;
  • Senior First Aid; and
  • Resuscitation Certificate.

You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you are self-motivated, enthusiastic and positive, with a love for working with children and assisting people from all ages in their learning journey, we would love to hear from you
