Job Opportunity

Support Project Delivery

We are seeking a dedicated individual to support the delivery of high-volume projects across Tasmania. The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinating project installations and mobilization, ensuring timely and efficient project completion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and maintaining project documentation
  • Monitoring project progress and communicating with stakeholders
  • Assessing proposed sites for safety, functionality, and certification requirements
  • Managing stakeholder relationships, including vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and MS Project
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within the construction or property development industries
  • A valid Australian driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organization skills

Requirements

  • Travel across Tasmania is required
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
