About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Executive to join our team and support our Health and Social Infrastructure clients across Australia.

As a Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their specific needs and goals, and providing meaningful solutions to help them grow and realise new opportunities.

You will work closely with our team of Account Managers, Senior Associates, and Analysts to deliver innovative products and services that meet the complex banking needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' businesses and financial needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Work closely with our team to deliver tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients
  • Provide regular updates and insights to our clients on market trends and industry developments
  • Collaborate with our risk management team to ensure that our clients' risk profiles are accurately assessed and managed
Requirements
  • Proven experience in relationship management, preferably in the healthcare or social infrastructure sector
  • Strong understanding of corporate banking products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
