We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as a Junior Business Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in business development while making a meaningful impact in both the transport and community services sectors.

In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our footprint within the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) by building relationships with participants, Support Coordinators, and providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with NDIS Support Coordinators, participants, Plan Managers, and other stakeholders to promote our transport services
  • Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, networking, and attendance at industry events
  • Deliver tailored proposals and quotes to NDIS participants and other potential clients
  • Build and manage a pipeline of repeat and high-value clients
  • Attend expos and networking events in the NDIS and transport sectors
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system
  • Support the broader sales team with strategic initiatives and insights from the field

About You:

We are looking for a highly organised and self-motivated individual with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Confidence in cold calling and face-to-face engagement is essential, as well as a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
