Account Development Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Account Development Associate.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about building relationships, growing their sales career, and making a difference in the legal industry.

You will work closely with Relationship Managers to upsell and retain current customers, identifying opportunities to promote premium solutions such as Lexis+ and Lexis+ AI.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assessing customer needs and scheduling appointments to drive customer engagement and account growth.
  • Maintaining accurate customer data and activity records in CRM systems.
  • Providing feedback to enhance customer insights and product development.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and relationship-building skills, with experience in customer service or sales. They will be able to manage customer data effectively and meet monthly sales/KPI targets.
