Senior Video Technician Job Description

At our global events company, you'll be part of a world-class team building events from the ground up in Adelaide. This is full-time, stable work across concerts, festivals, national tours, and specialty shows.

You'll lead onsite, support junior crew members, and deliver excellence from console to screen as a Senior Video Technician.

  • Setting up vision equipment in both indoor and outdoor settings.
  • Providing technical support, including serving as a Technical Lead where required.
  • Video mixing, content management, and overall direction of the visual components of live events.
  • Conducting appropriate onsite checks of vision equipment.
  • Playing an active part in the selection, pre-event programming, and resetting of vision equipment for events.
  • Building, testing, and delivery of solutions to specification using a range of LED Systems.
  • Providing motivation and support to junior staff, as an onsite subject matter expert in Video and LED disciplines.
  • Supporting teams with the bump in and bump out of events.
  • Communicating effectively at all stages of production with clients, ensuring that show delivery is of the highest standard.
