Inventory Management Professional

Our organization is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Management Professional to join our team in Brisbane, supporting our cardiovascular business units and their respective field teams in managing consignment inventory processes across Queensland and New Zealand.

About the Role

  • Work with the field team to ensure accurate representation of consignment stock locations in SAP.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and marketing departments on consignment requirements during phase-in/phase-out situations.
  • Manage obsolete and expired stock.
  • Support ongoing process improvements around consignment management.
  • Work with business units to establish optimal PAR levels.
  • Analyze and optimize field stock levels.
  • Conduct physical inventory counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance inventory efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years relevant experience in inventory control.
  • Experience or willingness to operate in a customer-facing role.
  • Willingness to travel as required for the role (20-25% in Brisbane).
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage.
