Procurement Category Manager

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Category Manager to join our team at Treasury Wine Estates. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a critical role in driving strategic sourcing initiatives and value creation across our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute category strategies to drive cost savings, quality improvements, and supplier development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize sourcing opportunities.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform sourcing decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to drive innovation and value creation.
We are looking for a seasoned procurement professional with a strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on category management and strategic sourcing.
- Proven track record of delivering cost savings and value creation through sourcing initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
