Resilience Engineer Position

As a software engineer with a passion for resilience, you're likely drawn to the intersection of reliability and scale. This role offers an opportunity to take on a leadership position in our platform team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of our testing guild and elevate load testing and chaos engineering practices.
  • Coach developers on performance bottlenecks and test automation techniques.
  • Help the team become self-sufficient while driving high-impact initiatives around reliability and disaster recovery.

Requirements:

  • A strong software background, preferably with experience in Python and/or Go.
  • Passion for resilience and ability to lead at the intersection of reliability and scale.
