Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven sales professional to oversee the daily operations of our flooring and carpet retail store.

Your role will involve working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on various flooring options. You will also be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling customer objections, and closing sales.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales and/or face-to-face customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Additionally, you will be required to perform administrative tasks, manage day-to-day office operations, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
