Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role

This exciting opportunity enables you to shape service delivery into the future during a period of significant change in the aged care sector.

We are seeking an experienced Quality Coordinator to assist in continuous improvement in keeping with the intent of the Aged Care Standards and associated requirements at our residential aged care residence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our homes with compliance and policy protocols, accreditation, auditing, and processes to achieve 100% compliance within the Quality Standards.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the aged care sector to drive quality assurance and clinical governance understanding.
  • Demonstrated ability to easily learn new systems and technologies, with a focus on continuous improvement and gap analysis.
  • Coordinate, educate and mentor clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
