At ING Australia, we're looking for a skilled Digital Content Editor to join our Digital Channels Growth and Optimisation team. This is an entry-level job into the Digital and Assisted Channels Tribe within the Retail Bank at ING that will provide exciting long-term career progression prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritise incoming content update requests for Adviser and Broker sites (front-end changes).
- Maintain a backlog of customer experience and performance improvements/fixes.
- IT fault management – working with Service centre and Contact centre to identify faults.
- Regular Content audit support – regular reviews, updates and record keeping.
- Coordinate publishing requests that are intended to go live outside of business hours delivery teams.
Requirements:
- Understanding of web and mobile development frameworks and technologies.
- Experience using Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for communicating ideas.
- Relevant education (courses) in IT, digital, web development or design.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate with an array of stakeholders.
