Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Pexa's architectural vision and engineering standards aligned with business strategy.
  • Lead the Architecture & Engineering Standards team, providing clear technical direction.
  • Champion the adoption of generative and agent-based AI across engineering practices.
  • Develop technology roadmaps for cloud, integration, and platform capabilities.
  • Establish governance frameworks ensuring security, compliance, and scalability.
    • Guide high-impact architectural decisions across the organization.
    • Partner with product teams to ensure platform readiness and solution resilience.
    • Drive modern architecture patterns and AI-enabled engineering practices.
    • Foster collaboration across engineering communities and external partners.
    • Lead continuous improvement in engineering practices and standards.
    About You
    • You have a proven track record in enterprise architecture leadership.
    • You possess deep expertise in platform engineering and cloud technologies.
    • You have experience implementing engineering standards and governance.
    • You have knowledge of AI technologies and their practical application.
    • You have strong stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities.
