About the Role

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the retail store
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles involving sales
  • Experience supervising other workers and delivering on-site training to junior team members
  • Ability to demonstrate building meaningful and long-term relationships with customers
  • Collaborative and consultative teamwork and leadership style
