Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans to support students in achieving their learning goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to students in developing their academic and life skills.
  • Collaborate with support services to plan and deliver high-quality trauma-informed re-engagement strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with students, families, and community stakeholders to promote student engagement and success.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience working with disengaged youth (age 12-17) and a strong understanding of how trauma impacts on learning.
  • Appropriate qualifications in education and experience in developing, implementing, and reviewing individual education plans.
  • Valid and current Driver's Licence, Satisfactory Criminal History Check, Valid Employee Working with Children Check, and Valid NDIS Workers Screening Check.
