Key Responsibilities
  • Develop concept designs, schematic designs, and design development documents for various projects.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in the building services mechanical discipline, preferably across major market sectors.
  • Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent degree in mechanical or building services.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Well-honed knowledge of Australian standards and building codes.
  • Excellent influencing and negotiating skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated drive and determination to thrive in a learning environment.
