Design Engineer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced mechanical design engineer to join our team. As a key player in our packaging innovation, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality CAD mechanical designs that meet our customers' specifications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create innovative designs using CAD software (AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor) to layout and modify machines.
  • Develop manufacturing drawings and bill of materials.
  • Ensure all project specifications are met in each solution.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of design projects.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years mechanical design drafting experience.
  • Mechanical background in production machinery design with a focus on food and beverage.
  • Demonstrated experience in drafting structural weldments and sheet metal components.
  • In-depth knowledge of engineering machined components including understanding of machining tolerances and practices.
  • Experience in use of Autodesk Inventor & AutoCAD.
  • Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
