Procurement Project Officer

This is a short-term contract role working on complex tenders in a team-based environment.

  • We are seeking an experienced procurement project officer to develop and maintain procurement project timelines;
  • Work with stakeholders to identify progress of milestones;
  • Identify key issues preventing progress against timelines;
  • Escalate key issues in the procurement timeline to senior leadership;
  • Liaise with program areas to ensure they are informed of project status and gather key intelligence;
  • Draft and monitor/update risk management plans;
  • Prepare reports for senior executives on project status;
  • Ensure the integrity of the project management data;
