**Job Title:** Marine Project Lead
Mineral Resources is seeking an experienced Marine Project Lead to provide technical expertise and ensure the efficient operation of our transshipment activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the marine team, ensuring safety standards are met, and contributing to project success through attendance at shipyards during commissioning trials.
This role offers a dynamic environment where you can utilize your skills and experience to drive seamless marine operations and technical excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the marine team through regular site visits and contributions to project success
  • Assisting with onsite support at Onslow operations, ensuring smooth marine activities and effective logistics
  • Collaborating with senior management to provide technical advice and guidance

**Requirements:**
  • Class 1 Marine Engineer qualification
  • Extensive experience in marine project management or port operations, with a proven track record at senior level
  • Strong understanding of shipyard commissioning processes and marine logistics
  • Marine or engineering qualifications (desired)
  • Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting
  • Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in a marine or technical context
  • Detail-oriented approach to support engineering requirements and project deliverables
  • Proficient computer literacy skills
