As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing email and actioning payment queries, banking and allocating payments, invoicing and billings, handling inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, collection calls and reminder calls on overdue invoices, processing credits, and bank and debtor reconciliations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage email and action payment queries
  • Bank and allocate payments
  • Invoice and bill clients
  • Handle inquiries from internal and external stakeholders

  • Bank and debtor reconciliations

Your Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a clear track record of success in a similar position. Specifically, you will possess the following:

  1. Previous experience in an end-to-end credit or AR role
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills
  3. Ability to multitask and have strong organisational skills
  4. Exposure to large ERP systems
  5. Proficient in Excel
