The Role

As our new CFO, you will provide strategic financial leadership across our group of companies, working directly with the CEO and industry division heads to drive financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support our ambitious growth plans. You will lead two in-house accountants and manage our relationship with The Group's external accountant.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development and execution of financial strategies across all business divisions
  2. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the entire group
  3. Drive capital management decisions and funding strategies for expansion projects
  4. Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and key stakeholders
  5. Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost optimisation
  6. Ensure robust compliance and risk management frameworks across all sectors
  7. Lead and develop a talented finance team, including two in-house accountants
  8. Coordinate effectively with The Group's external accountant to ensure seamless financial operations
About You
  1. CA/CPA qualified with 10+ years' experience in senior financial leadership roles
  2. Demonstrated experience managing finances across multiple industries or business divisions
  3. Strong background in capital-intensive industries, preferably with exposure to property development, manufacturing, or infrastructure
  4. Prior experience in large manufacturing operations is highly desirable but not necessary
  5. Experience in M&A, capital raising, and complex financial structuring
  6. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate financial insights into strategic business decisions
  7. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  8. Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams
