Lead Consultant Opportunity in Poverty Alleviation

This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable Not for Profit organisation that engages with key decision-makers to achieve social change. The successful candidate will have experience in the aged care/community sector, with strong written and verbal skills, detail-oriented with exceptional follow-up, able to manage competing demands, and possess effective problem-solving skills.

The role involves undertaking quality research, working collaboratively and in partnerships to influence policy and practice, strengthening organisational capability to support innovation and respond flexibly to changed circumstances, and collaborating with First Nation Australians to ensure their rights and aspirations are supported.

About You

You will have demonstrated expertise in quality systems development, implementation, assessment, and management in human services and aged care environments. A proven knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Act and Aged Care Quality Standards, as well as high-level knowledge of the MS Office Suite, is essential. Relevant experience in strategic planning, project management, and team leadership is also desirable.
