Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing & Business Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in expanding our network of employer partners and driving employment outcomes for people with disabilities across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and develop new business opportunities through proactive networking, cold calling, and prospecting techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Negotiate wage subsidy agreements with employers to drive employment outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, providing support to help them achieve their career goals.
  • Assist clients in transitioning into stable employment, collaborating with internal teams.
  • Communicate employment opportunities to local employment services staff and job-seeking clients.
  • Develop effective marketing strategies to generate employment opportunities for clients.
  • Present innovative marketing ideas to attract new employers and increase employment opportunities.
  • Maintain knowledge of labour market conditions and vacancy requirements.
