We are seeking an experienced engineer manager to lead our Battlespace Communications System (BCS) Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, and personnel management.

This is a dynamic leadership role that requires effective communication, relationship building, and strong technical skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in technical leadership, project management, and people management. They will also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Leading a team of 15 engineers and technicians
  • Developing and executing project plans
  • Managing execution of engineering tasks
  • Building partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports
