Project Lead and Technical Manager

This position plays a pivotal role in leading complex projects from planning to execution. As a senior project lead, you will be responsible for interpreting and organizing the technical aspects of engineering for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. They must also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and external partners.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
    • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
    • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations.
    • Manage budgets, schedules, and scope to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related field, combined with 13-15 years of relevant experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proven expertise in project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
