The IELTS Operations Assistant plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience at our Brisbane testing location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the test centre team to ensure seamless operations and excellent service delivery.
  • Manage customer inquiries, provide guidance on official IELTS preparation tools, and support clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture focused on innovation and customer satisfaction.
  • Solve technical issues and troubleshoot hardware and software platforms.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle secure materials professionally.
